Property Photography: A Modern Spin on a Classic Bungalow

This was one of the stand out property assignments of spring 2025.

Tucked away in a secluded spot on York Avenue, West Kirby, this stylish take on what was once a traditional bungalow was perfectly presented, with clean lines, considered detail, and an abundance of light.

It was a hot day when we turned up to take photographs, it felt like we'd been transported to an LA suburb rather than a cul-de-sac in a wirral seaside town.

As always I wanted to tell the story of the house in a way that showed it at it's best, whilst still being a realistic representation of the property. I believe the right photographs can elevate a listing, giving it presence and polish while staying true to the home itself.
