Hi, I'm Kristy, a photographer specialising in Headshots, Brand Photography, and Property Photography. I create authentic, story-led images for creatives, brands, and properties across Liverpool & Wirral. My Story
Originally from East Yorkshire, I moved south in my teens and stayed for over twenty years. After graduating from Southampton Solent University with a degree in Media with Cultural Studies, I landed my first job as a post-production runner in Soho, London.
I’d always imagined going into photojournalism, but when the runner position came up straight out of university, I jumped at the chance. It was a way into London life - without it, I might have ended up back in deepest, darkest Yorkshire with no path into the creative industry I wanted to be part of.
I spent the next fifteen years in post-production, working my way up to senior producer. It wasn’t until a set visit on the film The Vanishing in 2017 that I seriously started to think about photography again. I took some behind-the-scenes photos that ended up being used, and it reignited something I’d put aside years before.
